1 Floor (Max 3-4 Persons) - $120.00 night // $800.00 week
2 Floors (Max 7 Persons) - $185.00 night // $1125.00 week

Holiday Period Rates:

2 Floors (Max 7 persons) - $200.00 night // $1225.00

NOTE:
All rates listed above include maid service every other day.
Daily maid service is additional.

Rental Policy

* 3 Day Minimum Stay
* Total Occupancy using Both Floors is 7 Persons:
4 Persons Maximum on Top Floor
3 Persons Maximum Bottom Floor
Each Floor has a Queen Size Bed and a Full-Sized Futon.

Deposits

  
 

**50% of the rental price is due at time of booking confirmation.
**Remainder of rental price is due upon arrival.
**A $250.00 security deposit is required upon arrival. This security deposit is refundable at departure, after a check of the property.

Accepted Forms of Payment:
* 50% Deposit is payable with Cashiers Check or Money Order.
* The remaining Rental Fee is payable with U.S. Dollars or Costa Rican Colones.
* The Security Deposit is payable with U.S. Dollars or Costa Rican Colones to ease in the Refund Procedures.
