Casa Segunda Vida is nestled in the hillside of the
exclusive Vista Azul neighborhood of Manuel Antonio.

This home offers TWO SEPARATE, FULLY CONTAINED FLOORS that are designed to allow the utmost in privacy. From wide, expansive balconies, each floor affords an incredible panoramic vista of Manuel Antonio National Park, the Pacific Ocean and many small islands.

Each level of the home was designed as a one-bedroom suite, with a full kitchen, bathroom and spacious living rooms. Each level has separate entrances and are connected via an outside spiral staircase. All of the appliances are to American standards and the home has been decorated to give our guests a true feeling of Costa Rican living.

	And, because of the architecture and location of the home, you will enjoy cool breezes day and night!

Casa Segunda Vida is about 20 meters to the main road. From there, heading to the right, it's a hop, skip and a jump (about 1/2 mile) to two beautiful beaches Espadilla and Dulce Vida, as well as the incomparable Manuel Antonio National Park with it's own three gorgeous beaches. It is an easy walk getting there, but it's uphill on the return. Hailing a taxi (cost about $1.50) or hoping on a bus (cost about 50 cents) is easy!

Or, if you prefer, you can head to the left for about 3 miles where the small quaint town of Quepos awaits you! There you will find a wide variety of shopping, great restaurants and lively nighttime entertainment. Getting there is easy as well. A taxi will cost about $3.00 and a bus about 75 cents. And speaking of restaurants...within walking distance of Casa Segunda Vida are some of the best restaurants in Manuel Antonio! From inexpensive to 5 Star, you can enjoy them all!

Rental Policy

• 3 Day Minimum Stay
• 4 Person Maximum Per Floor.

Each Floor has a Full Sized Futon in Addition to the Queen Size Bed.

Deposits

• 50% of the rental price is due at time of booking confirmation.
• Remainder of rental price is due upon arrival.
• A $250.00 security deposit is required upon arrival.
  This security deposit is refundable at departure, after a check of the property.
• Payment is accepted in U.S. Dollars, & Money Orders. We apologize that we are unable to accept credit cards.

Cancellations and Refunds

100% of the deposit is refundable only if property is rebooked for the time period you had confirmed.
